What happened to your service? Parakeet used to work very well, but now it struggles to capture questions from the computer or other cellphone and provide solid answers. I’ve had to rely on the “clear” button just to get it to listen at times, and overall the experience has become very inconsistent. This just cost me an important job, and I can’t rely on it in its current state. The sad part is I recently made another purchase, but given these issues, I’d like to request a refund. I’ll be moving on to another option!
