Dear Parakeet AI Team, I hope you are doing well. I would like to request that you add support for the latest Claude Sonnet 5 and OpenAI GPT-5.5 models in Parakeet AI. I primarily use Parakeet AI for software engineering interview preparation, coding, and technical discussions. The latest models provide stronger reasoning, better coding assistance, and more accurate technical responses, which would significantly improve the interview experience. I also noticed something that caused some confusion. When I asked the AI which model it was running, it identified itself as GPT-4 Turbo instead of GPT-5.5. If GPT-5.5 is intended to be available, it would be helpful if the model identification accurately reflected the model in use. If GPT-5.5 is not yet available, I would appreciate having access to it. Having access to GPT-5.5 would make mock interviews much more realistic and improve the overall quality of technical interview preparation. extra content section is not taking more that 20k characters if i upload my prompt in documents its not working out. the responses are very bad its not even taking any input that i put in the extra content about the document. such a disgusting update ever seen. please roll back ASAP

Most of us bought it for these models for lengthy interviews. We definitely don't need Claude Haiku and weaker models like Gemini. Chiku AI is providing Claude Sonnet, and many will move there if we can't get Claude here. We also don't want all the ChatGPT models. If cost is the concern, please remove the weaker models and offer only the best ones.

Issue Description: Parakeet.ai did not function properly during a couple of recent interviews. The application works correctly before joining the interview call, but once the Microsoft Teams interview starts, Parakeet.ai stops responding. Observed Behavior: Parakeet.ai works normally before the interview begins. After joining the Microsoft Teams call, the source indicator shows "Source Blocked". Even after re-enabling the source, Parakeet.ai does not respond or resume functioning. The issue has occurred in multiple interviews. Restarting the system did not resolve the problem. Additional Information: Platform: Microsoft Teams Issue reproduced multiple times across different interview sessions. System restart was attempted, but the issue persisted. operating System : Windows

Hi Parakeet support team, I want to write the coding test for an MNC company named IBM, they have provided this application to write the test., But when we are starting the test using this Parakeet App, It's detecting the parakeet application in running tasks and it is not starting the test until it's forcing to stop the application , what can we do? can you fix this so that we can write without detecting, Attached the hacker rank application link please fix this so it wont detect and we are able to start and write the tests.

Organization were using software like hacker rank for test and interview where these type of software easily tracked the parakeetai app and force it to close. Otherwise user will be ban forever.

wanted to share some feedback regarding the recent model update. Previously, I had access to two Claude models, and I found Claude Sonnet to be the most effective. It consistently provided detailed, thoughtful, and high-quality responses that were very helpful for my work. After the recent update, I only have access to Claude Haiku. While it is fast, I've noticed that the responses are much more generic and lack the depth and reasoning that I was getting with Claude Sonnet. This has noticeably impacted my experience. If possible, could you please restore access to Claude Sonnet or let me know if there is a way to enable it on my account? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and support.
