Parakeet getting detected in background running task in hackerrank windows application
Hi Parakeet support team, I want to write the coding test for an MNC company named IBM, they have provided this application to write the test., But when we are starting the test using this Parakeet App, It's detecting the parakeet application in running tasks and it is not starting the test until it's forcing to stop the application , what can we do? can you fix this so that we can write without detecting, Attached the hacker rank application link please fix this so it wont detect and we are able to start and write the tests.

Why is the desktop version glitchy and freezes,
Why is the desktop version glitchy and freezes? The browser version is more stable. Thought the desktop version was the flagship as it were. This is becoming the norm when I have an important interview and choose to use the desktop version; it freezes and crashes the session. Not acceptable!!! I make sure that I am using the latest version of the desktop download, and it still happens

Dear ParakeetAI Support Team, I am reporting multiple technical issues I experienced while using ParakeetAI during an interview. These issues occurred on June 15, 2026, at around 10:00 AM IST, and they prevented me from using the product properly during the session. Bug Report Product: ParakeetAI Issue Type: Technical Bug / Service Failure Severity: High Incident Date: June 15, 2026 Approximate Time: Around 10:00 AM IST Impact: The tool became unusable during a live interview Summary During my interview on June 15, 2026, around 10:00 AM IST, ParakeetAI froze in the middle of the session and stopped responding. In addition, the microphone and internal/system audio listening features were not working properly. The tool was unable to correctly capture or listen to the interview audio, which made it unreliable for the purpose I purchased it for. I also tried to take screenshots as proof of the issue, but the problem was not clearly visible or captured in the screenshots. Since the issue involved the application freezing, not responding, and failing to detect audio, it was difficult to show the full problem through screenshots alone. Issues Experienced ParakeetAI froze during the interview The platform became stuck in the middle of the session. It stopped responding and did not continue working as expected. This interrupted my interview workflow. Application became unresponsive After freezing, the tool did not recover properly. I was unable to use it normally during the interview. Microphone was not working properly ParakeetAI did not consistently detect or process microphone input. The tool failed to capture my audio correctly. Internal/system audio listening was not working properly ParakeetAI was not detecting or listening to internal/system audio correctly. It could not properly capture the interviewer’s audio from the device. Because of this, the responses were not useful, delayed, or not generated. Issue was not visible in screenshots I attempted to take screenshots to document the problem. However, the freezing/audio detection issue was not clearly visible in the screenshots. The issue appears to be related to real-time responsiveness and audio capture, which cannot be properly shown through a static screenshot. Expected Behavior ParakeetAI should remain stable during the full interview session. I paid yesterday and realized l didnt go through understanding all it requires and l asked for a refund. A refund was being processed and l got a mail to that effect. Dear Parakeet AI Support Team, I’m a premium user of Parakeet AI and wanted to share an issue I faced today during an interview. The interviewer asked me to share my screen and then to open Task Manager. They noticed that Pmodule was running and requested that I close it immediately. Nowadays, this has become mandatory for almost every company — they ask candidates to share screens and show Task Manager or running applications to ensure no AI tools are active. Because of this, it’s becoming very difficult to use Parakeet AI effectively during interviews. Please look into this issue and help provide a solution or new feature to make Parakeet AI undetectable or hidden from Task Manager/process lists. I really value your tool and want to continue using it safely without facing such issues. Thank you for your understanding and support.
