Critical Issue: App failed to provide responses / capture audio during Google Meet interview

The application failed to give me any answers or process transcription, leaving me completely stuck mid-session.

Environment Details:

• Browser: Google Chrome (Fully updated to the latest version)

• Meeting Platform: Google Meet

• OS: mac os

The Issue: During the Google Meet session, the app did not generate responses. It appeared as though the tool was either not capturing the system/interviewer audio or completely failed to process the ongoing dialogue, resulting in zero output when it mattered most.

Since my environment is fully up to date and standard browser permissions were allowed, this appears to be a functional glitch with the extension/desktop app capturing Google Meet audio streams.

Please investigate this as a priority and let me know if there are specific logs I can provide, or a known workaround for Google Meet audio capturing.

I really lost my credits, i choose premium bought credits, but it failed me.
