i request that you please unpause and restore access to may parakeetAi account. I understand that my sessions have been put on hold, actually we are purcharsed unlimited package is there any limitation for this only 45 session on 90days like that. then how it will be considered as unlimited package? we purchased the unlimited subscription based on the understanding that it would allow unlimited usage/ connection. i assure you that this will not happen again. please unpause and restore the access its very emergency needed access .
