Windows -Analyze answer or auto transcript could not understand the question -"Giving message like no transcript found"

Windows - Today While giving interview. I observed the Interviewer is asking question but application could not understand the question -"Giving message like no transcript found". this is happened for 15 mins. Earlier also same happened for one.

Also I have seen the answer are not accurate to question. Please fix this.
