I’m experiencing an issue with Parakeet AI where the Speechmatics/speech recognition service is not working properly and frequently shows as offline.
When this happens, Parakeet AI is unable to reliably capture or transcribe speech/audio. The speech recognition appears to disconnect or go offline unexpectedly, which makes the application difficult to use during live meetings.
I have checked my internet connection, but the issue continues to occur. It appears that the speech recognition/Speechmatics component is either failing to connect or repeatedly going offline.
Could you please investigate this issue and fix it as soon as possible? This feature is very important for my use of Parakeet AI, and I would appreciate an urgent resolution.
