troubleshoot

have been using Parakeet for the past month. However, after a recent update, it is not working properly.

Whenever I try to open or start a session, I receive an error. Additionally, 0.5 credits are deducted each time, but the session does not start. This issue is occurring with both free and paid sessions.

Could you please look into this issue and help resolve it?
