I am experiencing an issue where ParakeetAI is not detecting/transcribing the interviewer's questions properly.
I tested this during multiple mock interview sessions and experienced the same problem. During two interviews, the transcript either did not appear correctly or did not detect the complete question. When I clicked to generate an answer, sometimes no answer was generated at all.
I am using Google Chrome on macOS. I have also checked the Screen & System Audio Recording permissions as recommended by support.
Issues observed:
• Interviewer's speech/questions are not consistently transcribed.
• Some questions are partially detected or not detected at all.
• Clicking to generate an answer sometimes produces no response.
• The issue also occurs during mock/test sessions.
Please investigate this issue, as it is affecting the reliability of my sessions.
