Frequent Disconnections: The system constantly disconnects approximately 10 minutes into an interview session.
System Errors: I am encountering recurring error messages mid-interview that disrupt the entire flow.
AI Performance Issues: The AI has begun providing repetitive and unhelpful answers, which significantly impacts the value of the practice sessions.
As a paying customer, I expected a reliable tool to assist in my professional preparation. These issues have rendered the service I paid for effectively useless, resulting in a total waste of my investment and time.
To resolve this matter, I request one of the following:
A full refund of the amount paid due to the service not meeting its advertised quality.
