The ParakeetAI showing the server error or unauthorised error during the inteview.

I was using the ParakeetAI during the interview and in starting AI gave me almost 10 answer however after sometime it started giving the error like unauthorised and i want close the session so that i can start new session however button was not working.
i had really bad experience while using the ParakeetAI
(I am using the desktop application on the Windows OS)
