Technical Support: Prompt Resizing and Display Issues

Hi ParateekeAI Support,

I am currently using your platform to record a presentation, but I’m running into some issues with the teleprompter interface.

Specifically, I am unable to resize the prompt window. Because the text box is too wide, it is becoming quite obvious in my recordings that I am reading from the screen rather than maintaining natural eye contact with the camera.

Could you please assist with the following:

1. Resizing: How can I adjust the width or scale of the prompt window to keep the text centered and narrow?

2. Display: Are there settings to adjust the font size or scroll speed to help the delivery feel more human and less scripted?
