Support for Hinglish and Hindi Transliteration

I would like to request two language-related features for Parakeet AI:

1. Hinglish as a supported language option
   In India, many users commonly communicate in Hinglish, which is a mix of Hindi and English. Since this is widely used in everyday conversations, messaging, and digital communication, adding Hinglish as a language option would make the platform more practical and user-friendly for Indian users.

2. Hindi-to-English script transliteration option
   It would also be very useful to have a feature that converts Hindi written in native script into English letters (Roman script) for better readability and typing convenience.
   For example:
   Hindi: मैं खुश हूँ
   Transliteration: Mein Khush Hun

   This would help users who speak Hindi but prefer reading or writing it in English letters.

These features would greatly improve accessibility, usability, and localization for users in India.
