I’m currently experiencing an issue with my subscription and wanted to report it here.
I subscribed to the monthly plan (which includes unlimited sessions) on March 3rd. The service worked as expected for about three weeks, but for the past two weeks it has stopped functioning properly.
Additionally, I was charged again on April 3rd ($79), but the issue still persists. When I try to start a session, the app repeatedly prompts me to purchase more credits instead of recognizing my active subscription.
This is quite concerning since I’m being billed but unable to use the service as advertised.
Could you please look into this and help resolve the issue? I’d also appreciate clarification on whether this is a known bug or related to my account specifically.
