Stuck to prompt questions and answers during interviews

I am writing to report a serious technical issue I have been experiencing with your platform. I am a premium subscriber.

The system is providing incorrect answers and questions during interviews. While it works occasionally, it frequently fails or gets stuck in the middle of a session. This has caused a significant negative impression on my interviewers during my last three interviews.
