I am still unable to log in to my account for past 10 days, and the issue has not been resolved despite my repeated attempts and previous communication with your team.
This situation is becoming very frustrating. I have paid nearly $250 for a yearly subscription, and I am reaching out for help but not receiving a proper resolution.
This is also impacting my work, as I rely on Parakeet AI for note-taking during my office meetings.
I request you to please take this issue seriously and provide a clear solution or alternative access as soon as possible. If needed, kindly help me change my registered email or provide another way to access my account.
