significant technical issues

I am writing to formally report significant technical issues I encountered with the Parakeet platform during my interview a few hours ago. These malfunctions severely impacted my performance and the accuracy of my responses.

During the session, I experienced the following critical failures:

• Feature Malfunction: Both the chat functionality and the transcript feature were non-operational.

• System Errors: Instead of the expected GenAI interface, the platform was displaying "JNI" instead of GenAI, which prevented me from providing accurate or complete answers.

• System Freezing: The entire Parakeet application repeatedly froze on my Windows system.

• Input Limitations: The platform became unresponsive to almost all inputs; only the Ctrl+Enter and Ctrl+Shift+Enter commands remained functional.

These persistent technical hurdles made it impossible to conduct the interview under fair conditions. I would appreciate it if you could look into these logs and advise on the next steps regarding a potential reschedule or technical review.
