Severe Lag and Unresponsiveness

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with your platform today.

While using Parakeet AI, I encountered significant performance issues — the tool was lagging heavily, and at several points it was completely unresponsive. It was neither generating answers nor responding to my inputs, which made it unusable during that session.

As a result, I had to switch to Claude to complete my work, which shouldn't have been necessary.

I understand that technical issues can happen, but this level of disruption significantly impacted my productivity. I'd appreciate it if your team could look into the root cause — whether it's a server-side issue, model availability, or something else — and work on improving reliability.
