Session requested new login after 30 mins

I used it in 2 1h interviews. I had 10 credits or more.

I was using desktop app and in the first interview - after 30 minutes, the session didn’t extend. It required me a login amd I couldn’t do it in the middld of an interview.

I raised a complain at support amd they said that it actually extends. That’s not right because it didn’t.

Then they say they will check this further.

In the next interview, it extended automatically but I’m not sure if it will happen again.
