session hang on during incoming calls

Today I have interview with LTMindtree. I lost 3 valuable 0.5 hrs session due to hand. Whenever I got any incoming call the session is getting hanged.

Kindly find the attached screenshot and do the needful.

Note:

Same on my previous mail. It got hanged during interview without any incoming by call. They said will refund my 0.5 hrs yet not refunded.

Including today session 1.5 hrs of my valuable session is getting wasted. I request you to kindly refund me those 1.5 hours and resolve those bugs.
