Request to Switch From Monthly to Yearly Subscription and Resolve Renewal Issue

I hope you are doing well. I am currently subscribed to the monthly plan for Parakeet AI, which is due for renewal on March 23, 2026. I would now like to switch to the yearly subscription plan instead of renewing the monthly one.

However, I am unable to make this change through the portal — it only allows me to renew my existing monthly plan without giving an option to switch. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue ASAP and enabling the transition to the yearly plan.

Also, please let me know if there are any offers or discounts available for the yearly subscription.
