Recruit41 desktop app disables parakeetai

I had an interview today, and I need to install Recruit41 for it. I downloaded the version for Mac Intel, but the Parakeet desktop app did not open when I tried to launch Recruit41. It seems that Parakeet does not work with Recruit41 and Recruit41 requires system permissions to monitor the system.
