Product Feedback and Usability Issues

I have identified several issues while using the app during technical interviews:

Excessive setup steps before starting a session

The process to create a session requires too much information and involves multiple steps. This creates friction at the beginning of an interview, as users must spend valuable time completing setup instead of focusing on the conversation.

Session instability on macOS

On Mac, the application starts normally but automatically ends the session after approximately two minutes. Restarting the session results in the same issue repeatedly, making it unreliable and unusable during interviews.

Slow and unfocused response time on Windows

While the system works better on Windows, the response latency is too high. Answers take too long to generate and often lack conciseness. In a real interview scenario, this delay makes it difficult to respond promptly and confidently.

Poor handling of practical exercises

The system struggles to understand when the user is reading a practical exercise. It does not correctly capture or process the instructions unless the interviewer reads them aloud. Additionally, if the interviewer continues speaking about other topics, the system loses context entirely. This makes it ineffective for solving practical tasks during interviews.

Overall value concerns

Considering these limitations, the product does not currently provide sufficient value for its cost.
