Problem faced after first screen analysis

i had an interview today, but somehow after my first coding question parakeet gave a good answer for that, but following that it could transcribe what interviewer as saying, and kind of not giving a proper answer after first screen analysis, to be more brief

1. First question was to find number "auth" from list of strings in dictionary format
2. follow up question was to find counts of numbers in list of strings in dictionary format 3. several other questions were asked after that, but somehow it stuck.

i understand it sometime happens to software, but appreciate if you give a look on to this, so that further nothing happens in the middle of the interview.
