Parakeet desktop stopedd working

Parakeet desktop app stopped working. Microphone, screen reading, and CV upload issues.

Description:
Parakeet desktop app has stopped working correctly.

Issues observed:

1. The desktop app is not listening to the microphone.

2. The desktop app is not reading the screen.

3. On the web version, CV upload is not working.

Impact:
I cannot use Parakeet for interview support because it is not capturing audio, not reading the screen, and not allowing me to upload my CV.
