I am writing to you once again regarding the same issue I have reported multiple times over the past 4–5 interactions. Each time, I have received the same response advising me to uninstall and reinstall the application, along with assurances that the issue has been resolved. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.
I need to express my frustration with how this situation has been handled. Your support responses do not seem to address the root cause of the problem, and this has directly impacted something very important—my interviews.
In the current job market, opportunities are extremely limited, and securing interviews itself is a challenge. I have been putting in significant effort through referrals and preparation, and I relied on your tool to support me during these critical moments.
However, during my recent interview, the tool failed again. It was not responding correctly, repeatedly asking me to "ask again," and did not provide any useful assistance. This put me in an uncomfortable and difficult position, affecting my ability to perform and ultimately costing me a valuable opportunity.
At this point, I am losing confidence in your product and the support being provided. I had trusted your platform to assist me in a challenging time, but the repeated failures and lack of effective resolution have left me disappointed.
