Not working properly in the middle of the interview

Initially, the Parakeet tool was responding correctly during the interview. However, in the middle of the session, it stopped providing answers and repeatedly displayed “no question asked.” When I minimized the Parakeet window, its behavior changed further and it stopped responding completely. Because of this issue, my credits were consumed and my interview was also affected.
