No response generated

Hello Support Team,

I am Dinesh from India.

I recently purchased 3 credits. Yesterday, before my interview, I opened the tool in advance. However, I noticed an alert symbol, and the system did not generate any response. I have already seen this issue during the free trial as well.

Since I was about to attend an interview and was worried that any popup might appear during screen sharing, I closed the tool within 3–5 minutes without using it.

However, I noticed that my credits were deducted even though I did not actually use the service.

I kindly request you to check this issue and refund or restore my credits.
