My Yearly membership is removed

Hi team,

Initially i did yearly renew . PFA invoice . After that , money was debited from my account automatically for monthly renew , which was not supposed to be done.

After that i raised a refund request for second auto debit and i got refund as well. But now i see that i dont have any subscription in my account.

Tomorrow i have an interview. Please activate yearly membership asap.

Also let me know why it is removed . PFA receipts
