Make it work more than 1 hour

1. The sessions currently end after one hour. It would be great if they could be extended to at least 2–3 hours, since real interviews often last longer.

2. For coding questions, it would be very helpful if the explanations include a detailed walkthrough of each line of code, and also how to explain the solution to an interviewer.

These improvements would make the sessions even more useful for interview preparation. Thank you!
