macbook intel not supported

Hey , I wanted to ask about something. I’m using Parakeet AI on my MacBook Air (Intel version), and I’m facing two issues during interviews.

First, the app doesn’t stay hidden during screen sharing. Second, parakeet dextop app unable to hear the interviewer’s audio its gives error .

Is this because the Intel MacBook Air isn’t fully supported, or am I missing some setup or configuration?

Would really appreciate your help on this.
