Love Parakeet, but need audio fixed before my next purchase

I was about to make another purchase for more credits, but over the last couple of days Parakeet has been struggling to pick up the recruiter’s voice during interview mode (the live text only shows what I said and filters them out) when the audio is coming from my laptop or another phone. It still picks up my voice with no issue.

Please let me know if this is something I can fix on my end. I use Parakeet AI directly in the Google browser on my secondary phone, so there is no app cache to clear.
