Laptop got slow and app got freeze also it automatically ended the sessions

Hi after the update and reinstallation my laptop has slow down, it has automatically shutdown down 2 times when I was using this software.

I was having an interview on zoom, my software got freeze and i was not responding through my curser but it was supporting keyboard.

Also it's gonna be 1 month now of using this software now in every interview i am having this issue that the session ends automatically in every 10 minutes, please reply to my issues and resolve them asap
