Issues with Live Transcript and Auto-Answering Features

I am a yearly member of your platform and previously had access to the live interview transcript feature during interviews. However, recently, the transcripts are no longer being generated or displayed when the interviewer or participants speak.

Additionally, I have noticed that the auto-answering feature is not available anymore. Every time, I have to manually click to answer the call, which is causing delays. and I observed it sometimes gives incorrect responses.

Could you please assist me in enabling these features again? Is there any setting I need to adjust, or is this a known issue with the current membership plan?
