Issue with Voice Transcription and AI Answer Feature During Interviews in Moble

I have been experiencing issues during interviews when I join from my laptop the interview and use the parakeet application on my mobile device. At times, the voice transcription on the mobile device does not work properly, sometimes interviewer asked the questions but it is not being transcripted.

Additionally, when I click on the “AI Answer” option, it shows that no question has been asked.
Need urgent support.
