I am writing to report an issue with my recent Parakeet AI subscription purchase. Although I have successfully completed the payment, my account is still showing that I am out of credits.
This seems to be an error, as the subscription should have reflected the updated credits by now.
Could you please look into this issue and update my account accordingly at the earliest? Kindly let me know if any additional information is required from my side.
