I’m writing to report an issue regarding extra credit deduction from my account.
I noticed that credits are being deducted incorrectly. I used the service for only about 10 minutes, which consumed half a credit as expected. However, an additional half credit was also deducted, even though I did not continue using the service.
This issue has now occurred twice. The first time, I assumed it might have been a mistake on my end, so I didn’t raise it. But since it has happened again, I wanted to bring it to your attention.
I have been using Parakeet AI for over a year and have never encountered this problem before. I would appreciate it if you could review my usage and billing records and help resolve this issue, including refunding any incorrectly deducted credits if applicable.
