Issue with Desktop Application

During my final interview today, the desktop tool failed to capture questions and answers accurately, often displaying random responses or failing to recognize the interviewer's voice entirely. Despite using my usual headset and ensuring all settings were correctly configured, the application remained unresponsive—a problem that only began after the latest update. This poor performance created an unfavorable impression and likely cost me the position, which is deeply upsetting given the high stakes of the meeting
