Issue with Audio Detection and Auto-Generation in Parakeet AI

Dear Parakeet AI Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I have been experiencing with your platform over the past two days.

Firstly, the system is not detecting audio input properly. Despite providing audio, the AI does not seem to recognize or process it.

Secondly, the auto-generation feature is not functioning as expected. Even though auto-generation is enabled, the AI generates only one answer. After I click on “AI Answer” once, subsequent answers are not generated automatically.

This issue has been consistent since yesterday and continues today, which is affecting my ability to use the platform effectively.

I kindly request that you look into this issue and provide a resolution at the earliest. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end.
