Invalid Request

Hi Parakeet Support Team,

I am reaching out because I faced an issue while using Parakeet AI during an important final interview. I tried to submit my interview prompt, but the system kept showing “Invalid Request,” and because of that issue, I lost 4 credits without getting any usable response.

This was extremely frustrating because I was depending on the tool for real-time interview support, and this issue directly affected my final interview preparation. Since the credits were deducted due to a system error and not because I received a successful response, I kindly request you to review my account activity and restore the 4 credits that were lost.

Please look into this as soon as possible and let me know what caused the invalid request error so I can avoid this issue again in the future. I would really appreciate your support in resolving this matter fairly.
