Intermittent UI Flickering Between Current and Previous Responses in Sonnet 4.5 (Parakeet Desktop on Windows)

I’m using Parakeet desktop software on Windows. When using Sonnet 4.5, the AI response window occasionally toggles between the current and previous question every second. This issue occurs intermittently, not consistently, and appears to be a bug.
