Initiated the session and joined the teams call ,didn't worked.

I have started the session later i have initiated the teams call, It was struck not working though i made ai toggle on, when i click on analyse page or ai assistance i see teams extension what should i do .I lost 1 credit as well in the account .Let me know what to do when i face this issue again and let me know the resolution on this .Can i get the credit back ?
