Incorrectly Deducted Credits

I am writing to report an issue with my account where credits have been deducted without proper usage. I’ve noticed that this has happened on three separate occasions, even during periods when I was not actively using the platform.

I used the service for approximately 30 minutes, and based on the usage policy, it should have deducted 0.5 credits. However, 1.0 credit was deducted from my account instead.

This doesn’t align with the expected billing, so I’d like you to:

*Verify the usage logs for my session

*Explain why the extra credit was deducted

*Refund or adjust the incorrect deduction if this is a mistake

This is quite concerning, as the credits were consumed without any corresponding activity from my end. I kindly request you to review my account usage and transaction history to identify the cause of these deductions.

Given that these charges were not due to actual usage, I would appreciate it if you could restore all the deducted credits back to my account at the earliest.
