Incorrect Credit Deduction – Billing Issue

Issue Summary:
Unexpected credit deduction while accessing transcript

Details:
I had a total of 2.5 credits in my account. I used one 30-minute call, which correctly consumed 0.5 credits.

However, when I tried to access/view the transcript of that same session, the system automatically created a new session without my intention and deducted additional credits.

Expected Behavior:
Viewing or accessing a transcript should not create a new session or consume additional credits.

Actual Behavior:
A new session was triggered automatically, resulting in extra credit deduction.

Impact:
Loss of credits without intentional usage.

Request:
Please review my account activity and restore the incorrectly deducted credits. Also, kindly fix this behavior so accessing transcripts does not trigger a new billable session.

  • Session duration: ~30 minutes

  • Credits expected to be used: 0.5

  • Extra credits deducted unintentionally while accessing transcript
