I pressed “start session” then it asked me to go to System Setting to enable microphone, then it disappeared the entire interview. When I reopened the desktop app, apparently it did started the 10min but no transcript whatsoever. Never using this shitty “service” ever. Nor would recommend this BS. Total SCAM
