I paid yesterday and realized l didnt go through understanding all it requires and l asked for a refund. A refund was being processed and l got a mail to that effect. By today, l decided to re-purchase but sadly, the system refunded my purchase wrongly... How do l get this restored? I have sent a couple of emails but no response. Regards, Victoria
