However, I did not use ParakeetAI after making the payment because I was waiting for my upcoming interview. Now, when I checked, I can see that my account is showing “No Credit.” I do not understand why the credits have been removed without being used. I have an interview scheduled tomorrow, and this situation is very concerning and disappointing. I kindly request you to please check my account and restore my credits as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate the matter further with proof of payment and screenshots. Please treat this as urgent and resolve the issue at the earliest.
