Hello Support Team, I am writing to express my concern regarding my ParakeetAI account credits. I made a payment and received 4 credits, which I intentionally did not use because I was saving them for my upcoming interviews. However, when I checked my account today, I was shocked to see that my credits are showing as zero, even though I did not use them. This is very disappointing and concerning for me as a customer. I have an interview scheduled tomorrow, and I was planning to use those credits. That is why I checked my account today and discovered that the credits were missing. I have already sent an email regarding this issue and I am hoping that you will review my account and restore my credits as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to escalate the matter further with payment proof and account screenshots, as this is not acceptable from a customer’s perspective. Also I will live on facebook where I will be intimate to everyone who has more trust on parakeetAI. At least they should know about the parakeetAI people! Please treat this as an urgent request and resolve the issue at the earliest.
