The text box for manually pasting a job description has a very small character limit, which makes it difficult to enter the complete job description. I understand there is an option to provide a link to the job posting, but many job posting links expire or are removed after some time. In my case, the original job posting link has already expired, but I still have the full job description saved. Would it be possible to increase the character limit for Premium members, or provide an option to upload/paste the complete job description without relying on an active job posting link? This would be very helpful, especially when preparing for interviews for positions that are no longer publicly posted. Thank you for your support.
