I encountered an issue while taking a HackerRank assessment on a Windows system. HackerRank performs a security check that automatically detects and closes open applications. During this check, Parakeet AI was detected as a running application, which almost caused my exam to be terminated.
The problem is that even after closing all applications and restarting the exam, HackerRank performs the same check again on the next screen. At that point, there is no option to go back or make any changes, leaving the exam stuck.
Could you please let me know how to prevent Parakeet AI from being detected during HackerRank’s security check? This issue ended up wasting 0.5 of my credits, and I’d appreciate any guidance or a fix to avoid this in future assessments.
