I’m writing to raise a serious concern regarding repeated performance and reliability issues.
During real interview situations, I’ve faced multiple instances where the system failed to generate responses due to errors. This has happened in 3 out of 5 interviews, which is extremely disappointing—especially considering that I rely on this service for critical support in such scenarios.
And sometimes it’s saying "session ended” in the middle of an interview. This is very horrible.
Additionally, the application performance has been consistently slow, even when no other applications are running on my machine. The lag is noticeable even while typing this message, which further impacts usability.
Given that this is a paid service, I expect a much higher level of reliability and responsiveness. These issues are significantly affecting my experience and confidence in using the platform during important situations.
I request you to treat this as a high-priority issue and investigate it at the earliest. I would appreciate a prompt resolution or guidance on how to avoid such disruptions going forward.
